These terms govern access to Twilight Keep and describe how Twilight Keep handles personal information.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Account information must be accurate, and accounts may not be sold, transferred, impersonated, or used to evade a restriction.
Keep table conversation appropriate for a general audience and be mindful that a minor may be present. You may not harass or threaten others; impersonate another person; exploit the service or another user; interfere with gameplay or system operation; attempt unauthorized access; or use Twilight Keep for unlawful activity. Twilight Keep may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or take other reasonable action to enforce these terms and protect the service or its users.
Twilight Keep games are provided for entertainment. Chips, Trucker Passes, supporter features, tables, and other virtual items have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money or prizes. Card games do not require a paid entry fee and do not award money or prizes. Additional game rules are incorporated by reference.
Contributions are voluntary and support Twilight Keep's operation and development. They are not wagers, charitable donations, game-entry fees, or purchases of anything having cash value. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
Any published thank-you benefit is subject to the terms displayed when the contribution is made and may require administrative verification. Please allow up to 48 hours for fulfillment. Payment errors and refund requests may be submitted through Support and will be reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-processor requirements.
Twilight Keep may collect account identifiers, contact information, game and account activity, support communications, and technical records reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This information may also be used to respond to requests, enforce these terms, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Twilight Keep does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, email, payment processing, security, or other operations; at your direction; in connection with a lawful request; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may request account deletion through the Account page. Certain transaction, security, support, or audit records may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accurate recordkeeping.
Twilight Keep uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Twilight Keep and its original content, software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twilight Keep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. Twilight Keep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Twilight Keep is intended to support keyboard and screen-reader access. Accessibility concerns may be submitted through Support and will be reviewed as part of continued development.
These terms may be revised by posting an updated effective date. Material changes may also be announced through Twilight Keep Updates. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
