If you enter an email address, Twilight Keep automatically sends a receipt. Check the box only if you also permit an administrator to contact you personally about the report. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent the automatic receipt.
For your safety, never include passwords, recovery codes, card numbers, bank details, or other financial credentials.
